Job Description
1. Lead the complete HR function for 1,400+ employees.
2. Manage and guide the HR executive/team.
3. Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
4. Manage employee relations, grievances and discipline.
5. Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented across all outlets.
6. Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
7. Manage attendance, leave, documentation and HR records.
8. Drive performance appraisal and employee development.
9. Focus on employee engagement and retention.
10. Plan and coordinate training and onboarding.
11. Support new outlet openings and manpower requirements.
12. Provide HR reports and insights to senior management.
13. Maintain a strong HR culture and workplace discipline.
14. Ensure HR operations are consistent across all Chowman outlets.
15. Act as the HR leader and strategic partner to management.
