Job Description

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for handling clients who take matrimonial services for finding suitable bride and groom matches. The CRM will maintain professional communication with clients, understand their marriage requirements, provide suitable profiles, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and maintain relationships with matrimonial clients professionally.

- Understand the client’s requirements, preferences, and expectations regarding bride/groom matches.

- Search, analyze, and provide suitable matrimonial profiles according to the client’s criteria.

- Regularly communicate with clients regarding new proposals and profile updates.

- Coordinate communication between suitable bride and groom profiles when required.

- Follow up with clients and provide timely assistance throughout the service period.

- Resolve client queries and concerns in a polite and professional manner.

- Maintain proper records of client requirements, communications, and service progress.

- Ensure clients receive proper support and a high level of satisfaction.

- Build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely and quality matrimonial services.
