*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced *Production Manager* with a strong background in the *Kolkata saree, suits, and lehenga industry*. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end production, vendor coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of ethnic wear collections.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

* Manage the complete production cycle from sampling to bulk production for sarees, suits, and lehengas.

* Coordinate with weavers, karigars, embroidery units, dyeing, printing, and finishing vendors to ensure smooth production.

* Plan production schedules and monitor timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.

* Oversee quality control at every stage of production and resolve production-related issues.

* Optimize production costs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

*Requirements:*

* 5–10 years of experience as a Production Manager in the *saree, suits, or lehenga industry, preferably in **Kolkata*.

* Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery (hand & machine), dyeing, printing, stitching, finishing, and garment production processes.

* Experience in handling production teams, vendors, and artisans.

* Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to travel locally for vendor and production unit coordination, if required.
