Job Description

  • Coordinate daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, stores, and purchase departments.
  • Monitor production progress and ensure targets are achieved on time.
  • Track availability of raw materials, components, tools, and manpower.
  • Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
  • Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues and escalate them to management.
  • Communicate production priorities and schedule changes to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate despatch requirements with the warehouse/logistics team.
