Junior MIS Executive

Department: MIS / Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update data in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Enter, organize, and verify data accurately.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries for management.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection.
• Maintain records of sales, purchase, production, inventory, and other operational data.
• Check data for errors and discrepancies.
• Support the MIS team in preparing dashboards and reports.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of formulas such as SUM, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables will be an advantage.
• Good typing and data-handling skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of ChatGPT will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any relevant discipline.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with good Excel knowledge can also apply.
• Candidate ProfileWilling to learn and develop MIS/reporting skills.
• Accurate and responsible with data.
• Able to complete reports within deadlines.
