International Voice Process Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Executive Associate to join our growing International BPO team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for handling international prospective clients, driving sales, managing outbound/inbound interactions, and meeting sales targets. You must possess excellent English communication skills and a proven background in international voice sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Conduct outbound calls/interactions with international prospective clients to present service offerings and close sales.
• Lead Management: Handle prospective client inquiries, qualify leads, and follow up regularly to convert leads into active customers.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level rapport with international prospects through professional communication.
• Process Compliance: Accurately update customer relationship management (CRM) records, call logs, and deal stages after each interaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in International BPO Sales (Voice Process).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional command over spoken and written English (Excellent fluency and clarity are mandatory).
