Job SummaryWe are looking for highly motivated, target-driven outbound telecallers with a strong passion for sales and earning lucrative incentives. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers through cold calling, generate interest in life insurance products, and schedule qualified appointments/meetings for the EDLI Sales Team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Identify potential customers and create interest in Edelweiss Life Insurance products.
• Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the EDLI Sales Team.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure scheduled meetings are confirmed.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up updates.
• Demonstrate strong persuasion, communication, and objection-handling skills.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in BFSI Sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial products.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong focus on targets, productivity, and appointment conversions.
