Job Description – Human Resource Executive Position: Human Resource Executive

Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed

• Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end candidate hiring and recruitment.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
• Maintain proper records and tracking of all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep updated records of existing staff and employees.
• Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and hiring status.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment and employee-related documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates, employees, and management.
• Candidate Requirements: Must have prior HR/Recruitment/Hiring experience.
• Candidates with a strong background in candidate hiring and recruitment will be preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate candidate and staff records.
• Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality/Hotel industry recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
• Salary & Benefits₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
• After completion of 1 year: Bonus, PF & ESI benefits applicable as per company policy.
• Sunday – Fixed Weekly Off.
