Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter cum Client Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for both candidate recruitment and new client acquisition. The candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle while actively developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, databases and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Client Acquisition Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential companies and hiring requirements.
• Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, Procurement Teams and Business Owners.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other business-development channels.
• Understand client manpower requirements and prepare suitable recruitment proposals.
• Schedule client meetings and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and client-acquisition targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong calling, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
• Ability to handle both candidates and corporate clients.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic office tools.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR, Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Key Performance Areas (KPIs)Number of candidates sourced and shortlisted.
• Successful candidate joining ratio.
• Recruitment closures per month.
• Number of new client leads generated.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consultancy, Business Development, Client Acquisition or B2B Sales will be preferred.
