E-Commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

1. Multi-Platform Management: Hands-on proficiency in managing daily operations on major e-commerce marketplaces, including Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Amazon.

2. Deep Myntra Expertise: Core specialisation and end-to-end operational knowledge of the Myntra partner portal (cataloguing, listing, inventory, and promotions).

3. Catalogue & Listing Management: Expertise in creating, updating, and editing single and complex variation listings across all platforms to maintain accuracy and optimisation.

4. Content & Brand Building: Demonstrated experience in creating compelling A+ Content (EBC) and designing immersive Brand Stores/Pages on Amazon to drive engagement.

5. PPC Campaign Optimisation: Ability to plan, launch, and manage marketplace PPC campaigns independently on Amazon, Myntra, and Ajio to achieve positive ROI and lower ACoS.

6. Organic Growth Strategy: Proven track record in implementing organic sales strategies, including SEO-driven keyword placement, listing optimisation, and reviews management.

7. Social Media & Performance Marketing (Bonus): Working knowledge or experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to drive external traffic is a strong advantage.

8. Inventory & Order Tracking: Track stock levels, coordinate re-stocking, monitor order fulfilment, and handle inventory reconciliations across channels.

9. Performance Reporting & Analytics: Analyse weekly and monthly sales metrics, campaign performance, and portal insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise spend.

10. Portal Compliance & Support: Resolve catalogue suppressions, account health issues, ticketing support, and policy compliance across all seller portals.
