Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office and secretarial work.
- Handle calls, emails, correspondence, documents, and scheduling.
- Maintain office records and coordinate meetings.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other social-media platforms.
- Create and publish posts, captions, posters, reels, and short videos.
- Use Canva and basic photo/video editing tools.
- Monitor social-media messages, comments, and engagement.
- Support online campaigns, events, announcements, and digital promotions.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good English communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet.
- Knowledge of social media management and digital content creation.
- Canva/graphic-design and basic video-editing skills preferred.
- Good communication, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Professional, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
