Data Entry Executive

One Diagnostics is hiring a TRF Entry & Sample Billing Executive for our diagnostic laboratory operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter patient/sample details accurately into the laboratory system.
• Prepare and process TRF (Test Requisition Form) entries.
• Handle sample billing and patient billing entries.
• Verify patient details, test names, rates, and billing information.
• Coordinate with the sample collection, lab, and customer care teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
• Handle billing-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Perform duties according to laboratory SOPs and company policies.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in TRF entry, sample billing, data entry, diagnostic centre, hospital, or laboratory operations preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Knowledge of billing software/LIS will be an advantage.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Night-shift flexibility is mandatory.

Shift Requirement3 days of night duty per week is mandatory.

Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including nights.
