Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through email & chat platforms, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Work on non-voice processes such as email & chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints or escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Working Window - 9AM to 8PM
- 6 Days working with rotational Off
- English proficiency is mandatory
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Chat Process, Non Voice Process, Semi Voice, Blended Process, Backend Process etc. .
- Experienced candidates in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce (ex- Flipkart, Myntra, Zomato, Zepto, Swiggy, BlinkIt)
- Personal Vehicle available (2-wheeler)
- Graduates
