Counter Sales Executive

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the brand’s luxury retail standards. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and client relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Targets

• Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling of products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat sales.

2. Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience aligned with the luxury ethos of Sangeeta Boochra.
• Greet and assist customers professionally, ensuring personalized service.
• Handle client queries and escalate concerns to the Store Manager if required.

3. Product Knowledge & Presentation

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Present and demonstrate products effectively to clients.
• Stay updated on new launches, trends, and competitor offerings.

4. Stock & Inventory Support

• Assist in stock handling, tagging, display, and regular inventory checks.
• Report any stock discrepancies immediately to the Store Manager.
• Ensure minimal handling errors and accountability for stock loss (penalties may apply in case of negligence).

5. Team & Store Support

• Support overall store operations as guided by the Store Manager.
• Maintain store display standards, cleanliness, and brand aesthetics.
• Participate in in-store events and promotional activities.
