Business Development & Sales Executive – TicketLine.in
About the Role
TicketLine.in is a ticketing platform that helps organizations and event organizers manage and sell tickets digitally.
We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive to help us expand our network of event organizers and ticket-selling organizations across West Bengal.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and collect details of potential clients such as Puja Committees, event organizers, clubs, auditoriums, entertainment venues, cultural organizations, etc.
- Build a database with organization name, address, website, phone number and contact person.
- Contact organizations and explain the benefits of using TicketLine.in for ticket/pass sales.
- Follow up with interested organizations and assist them in onboarding.
- During the upcoming Durga Puja season in Kolkata, visit Puja Committees and help interested committees register and onboard on the TicketLine platform.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing ability.
- Comfortable speaking with organization representatives and committee members.
- Willingness to make field visits in Kolkata when required.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet and web applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Experience in sales, business development, field marketing or telecalling will be an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
Job Type: Business Development / Field Sales
Location: Kolkata / West Bengal
Work: Combination of phone-based outreach, research and field visits.
Important: This is a target-oriented business development role, not a purely desk-based data-entry job.
