Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA (Up to ₹4 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹4 LPA Variable)

Personal Laptop: Mandatory

About the Role, We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our sales team.

The role involves connecting with warm inbound leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting them into customers through consultative sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads through phone calls

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gemstones, Rudraksha and spiritual products

• Achieve monthly sales targets through follow-ups, objection handling and relationship building

• Maintain customer records, activities and follow-ups in CRM

• Build long-term customer relationships and handle post-sale queries

• Coordinate with astrologers, operations, logistics and customer support teams

• Mentor junior team members and share sales best practices

• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and conversion pipeline

• Maintain proper CRM and sales reporting discipline

What We're Looking For

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Phone-based Sales

✅ Prior Team Lead experience or experience mentoring sales executives

✅ Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English

✅ Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills

✅ Experience handling premium/high-value products is an advantage

✅ Target-driven mindset with strong ownership

✅ Good knowledge of CRM and basic computer applications

✅ Strong follow-up and customer management skills

⭐ Interest in Astrology, Gemstones, Wellness or Spiritual Products will be an advantage

⭐ Marathi proficiency will be preferred

⭐ Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales will be an added advantage
