Job Description

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch.
  • Maintain sales, purchase, and inventory records.
  • Update customer and dealer databases.
  • Coordinate with sales executives regarding order status and dispatch schedules.
  • Follow up with customers for order confirmations, pending documents, and payments.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails professionally.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain business records.
  • Manage office documents, files, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with transporters for deliveries and logistics.
  • Support management with reports, presentations, and other administrative work.
  • Perform other back-office and operational tasks as assigned.
