Subject: Hiring – CASA Sales Executive
We are currently hiring graduates for the position of CASA Sales Executive in the banking sector.
Location- Pune
Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
* Age between 21–28 years
* Freshers eligible to apply
* Two-wheeler and license
Job Responsibilities:
* Acquisition of new Current and Savings Account customers
* Daily field visits and client interaction
* Compliance adherence and reporting
Compensation & Benefits:
* CTC: ₹2.16 Lakhs Per Annum (₹18,000 per month)
* In-hand Salary: ₹1.80 Lakhs Per Annum (₹15,000 per month)
* Performance-based incentives up to ₹60,000 per month
* Health Insurance, ESIC and PF benefits
