Job Description

Role and responsibilities

  • Visit electrical retailers, dealers, and other customers across Kolhapur Urban.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
  • Promote products, explain schemes, and collect orders.
  • Meet monthly sales and market coverage targets.
  • Track competitor activity and share market feedback.
  • Coordinate order delivery, payments, and customer service with the team.
  • Maintain regular visit and sales reports.
  • Candidate profile
  • Experience in electrical, lighting, or consumer durables sales preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
