About All Us WomenAll Us Women (AUW) is a premium maternity and motherhood fashion brand based in Kochi, built across four sublabels — JANANI (ethnic maternity wear), MAE (western daily maternity wear), HELD (postpartum/recovery wear), and ÉLAN (occasion wear) — plus a wellness arm. Our brand voice centers the woman's identity, not pregnancy as a condition. We're growing fast, and we're looking for someone to help us tell that story visually, every single day.

The RoleWe need a Content Creator who can turn our products, our women, and our story into content that stops the scroll — reels, carousels, and captions that feel real, not staged. You'll work closely with the founder to keep our content calendar moving: shooting, editing, and publishing consistently across Instagram and other channels.

This is a hands-on, high-output role. You'll be behind the camera as often as in front of it — we lean toward hands-only and behind-the-scenes content over talking-head videos, so strong visual instincts matter more than being comfortable on camera.

• What You'll DoShoot and edit reels — product-in-use, behind-the-scenes, styling, and lifestyle content across all four sublabels
• Build carousels — using our established visual system (brand fonts, palette, layout conventions)
• Write captions and hashtags that match brand voice for each sublabel
• Work within our content framework — formats like Product Close-Up, Hands in Use, How It's Made, Why I Made This, The Collection Edit, Get Dressed With Me, Bump to Beyond, The Real Body, and What to Pack
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence (multiple times a week) and help plan the content calendar around collection launches and campaigns
• Collaborate on creative direction — translating new collections and campaigns into a content plan before they launch
• Stay on-brand — our copy avoids clichés like "bump-friendly," "mama-to-be," and "affordable luxury"; voice and tone matter as much as visuals
• What We're Looking ForProven experience creating content for a fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand (portfolio or reel examples required)
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and editing — comfortable shooting on phone or camera and editing reels start to finish
• Comfortable working hands-on with product (styling, folding, detail shots) — not just directing a shoot
• Good writing instincts for captions — can hold a tone across different sub-brands
• Organized and self-directed — can manage a content calendar without heavy oversight
• Bonus: experience with maternity, women's fashion, or sensitive/emotional brand storytelling
• Bonus: basic design tool familiarity (Canva, CapCut, or similar) for quick turnarounds
