Job Description
Business Development Manager (BDM) – Self Sourcing
We are hiring a *Business Development Manager (BDM)* for Sbi cards (off role)
Role Overview
* Source new credit card customers through Bank Corporate Salary Package (CSP) accounts
* Work closely with Bank corporate teams to generate business opportunities
* Conduct corporate meetings and presentations
* Build strong client relationships and drive sales
* Achieve monthly sales targets
Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline
* 1–4 years of sales experience preferred
* Corporate sales experience is an advantage
* Fresh MBAs from Tier 2/3 institutes can also apply
* Good communication skills in English
* Target-oriented and confident personality
Additional Requirements
* Local travel is part of the role
* Two-wheeler is mandatory
