Job Description
The office Admin Assistant will support day-to-day commercial operations including order processing, dispatch coordination, logistics, documentation, invoicing, and customer communication. The role requires close coordination with the sales, production, stores, accounts, and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Prepare sales orders, delivery challans, tax invoices, and e-way bills.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with production, warehouse, and transporters.
- Arrange transport bookings and monitor shipment status.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial, logistics, dispatch, or back-office operations.
- Fresh graduates with strong computer skills may also be considered.
