• Specific VacanciesWire Cutting Operator: 1 Vacancy
• End Mill Grinding Operator: 2 Vacancies

Candidates with experience operating Walter, Rollomatic, ANCA, and WIDMA machines will be preferred.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor CNC grinding machines as per production requirements.
• Perform hands-on grinding operations, including:
• OD Grinding
• ID Grinding
• Profile Grinding
• Face Grinding
• Rack Grinding
• Cylindrical Grinding
• Set and operate CNC machines according to drawings, specifications, and process requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Maintain required dimensional accuracy and product quality.
• Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting during operation.
• Follow production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Inspect components using appropriate measuring instruments and gauges.
• Maintain proper records of production and inspection activities.

Preferred Machine ExperienceCandidates with hands-on experience operating CNC Profile Grinding machines such as:

• SMS RG / US
• HAAS
• Walter
• Studer
• Micrometric

will be given preference.

• Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong hands-on experience in CNC grinding operations.
• Good understanding of machine operation, tooling, measurements, and quality requirements.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.
• Candidates with relevant experience in Wire Cutting or End Mill Grinding will be preferred.
