Job Title: Visa Counselor

Job Summary:

The Visa Counselor is responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process by providing accurate information, reviewing documentation, preparing applications, and coordinating with embassies, consulates, and educational institutions where applicable. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of immigration policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and application procedures.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Keep up to date with changes in visa regulations and immigration policies.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities.
• Track application progress and update clients on their visa status.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and documentation.
• Provide guidance on interview preparation and travel requirements.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to visa applications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling, immigration services, or customer support (preferred).
• Familiarity with visa documentation and embassy procedures.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
