KEY REQUIREMENTS
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Comfortable working on recruitment targets
Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills
Energetic, target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates for FLS positions
Screen candidates as per client requirements
Coordinate interviews
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS
Drive selection-to-joining conversion
Achieve assigned recruitment targets
