Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Inspection:

  • Perform incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final pre-dispatch inspections.
  • Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional testing of manufactured parts/components.
  • Standards & Compliance:

  • Ensure products comply with ISO/quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Prepare quality inspection reports, maintain daily quality logs, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
  • Quality Assurance & Testing:

  • Calibrate and handle precision measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Gauges, Dial Indicators).
  • Identify defects, determine root causes, and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues on the shop floor.
  • Assist in customer quality audits and vendor quality assessments.
