Store Manager

Job Title: Store Supervisor/Operator

We are looking for a person who can independently manage the day-to-day operations of our food delivery and takeaway hub.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive food from the kitchen and ensure proper storage/handling.
• Pack rice bowls and other food items according to standard portion and packing guidelines.
• Handle and dispatch Swiggy/Zomato online orders accurately and on time.
• Pack and hand over takeaway orders to customers.
• Prepare basic accompaniments such as salads, raita, garnishes, etc.
• Reheat and finish food items as required before packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the hub.
• Check food, packaging and basic stock availability.
• Maintain simple daily records of orders, stock and wastage.
• Handle basic customer/order-related issues and coordinate with the kitchen when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, takeaway counter or food outlet preferred.
• Must be comfortable with food packing and basic food preparation.
• Basic smartphone skills required for handling online orders.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
