WE ARE HIRING — RSVP EXECUTIVE / TELECALLER


Company: Creative Star Events, Kanpur


We are looking for a confident, polite and organised RSVP Executive to manage guest confirmations and hospitality coordination for premium weddings and events.


Responsibilities


* Make outbound calls to wedding guests and confirm attendance.

* Communicate professionally in Hindi and English.

* Record guest details, family size, arrival/departure and travel requirements.

* Follow up with guests and maintain accurate RSVP sheets.

* Coordinate with the event management and hospitality teams.

* Handle guest queries with patience, warmth and professionalism.


Requirements


* Good spoken Hindi and English.

* Clear voice, excellent telephone etiquette and active listening.

* Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

* Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.

* Telecalling, hotel front desk, hospitality or event experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.


Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Employment: Full-time; event-season flexibility may be required.
