Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day Civil ARM (Annual Repair & Maintenance) activities.
- Monitor repair, maintenance, and renovation works.
- Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain daily work progress records and reports.
- Handle maintenance teams and attend/resolve complaints received from residents.
- Prepare challans and handle administrative paperwork.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in civil maintenance, repair, and renovation works.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and site supervision.
- Ability to manage labour and subcontractors.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
