About Us
Premier Stainless manufactures decorative stainless steel pipes and tubes (JT, 304, 316 grades — mirror, satin, matte, hairline finishes) from our Kanpur facility, serving dealers, fabricators, and architects across North India.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Sales Officer to drive dealer network growth and direct sales across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-heavy role requiring regular travel across both states to build dealer relationships, generate leads, and close orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and expand the dealer/distributor network across UP and MP
• Generate and convert leads from fabricators, architects, and B2B buyers
• Run a structured monthly travel circuit covering key districts/cities in both states
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for pipe and tube products
• Maintain regular follow-ups on quotations, payments, and repeat orders
• Report daily/weekly activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to management
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events as needed
Requirements
• 2-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in steel, pipes, hardware, or building materials
• Existing dealer/fabricator network in UP and/or MP strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within both states
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and working English
• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving license
• Basic smartphone/CRM proficiency for reporting
