International BPO Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused International BPO Executive to join our voice process team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an international BPO environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior managers when required.
• Support team leads in achieving process goals and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years in International BPO
• English: Intermediate English
• Preferred Industry: BPO / Call Centre

Shift:

• Night Shift (Full-Time)

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹7,000
