  • Handle walk-in and digital inquiries, counseling prospective students to maximize institute admissions.
  • ​Maintain clean lead tracking pipelines and execute timely follow-ups for higher conversions.
  • ​Manage student onboarding, fee collections, and automated billing workflows seamlessly.
  • ​Act as the primary administrative bridge for tech/agency clients and coordinate regular updates.
  • ​Track client project requirements, facilitate smooth onboarding, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • ​Handle agency billing records, follow up on pending payments, and secure timely collections.
