Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION – AREA MANAGER (HOUSEKEEPING)
• Manage and supervise multiple housekeeping sites.
• Handle housekeeping staff and Site Supervisors.
• Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections.
• Manage manpower, attendance and staff deployment.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve complaints.
• Ensure cleaning quality, hygiene and discipline standards.
• Maintain daily reports and update management.
• Monitor cleaning materials, machines and consumables.
• Ensure company SOPs and operational guidelines are followed.
• Handle site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support new site setup and manpower deployment.
