Job Description

  • Manage and update products across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.


  • Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.


  • Monitor orders, inventory, product availability, cancellations, returns, and refunds.


  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.


  • Track daily sales, orders, revenue, and marketplace performance.


  • Handle customer queries, reviews, ratings, and complaints professionally.


  • Maintain accurate product and sales records and prepare regular reports.


  • Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.


  • Plan and execute online promotions and offers to improve sales.


  • Identify opportunities to increase product visibility, conversion rates, and overall online revenue.
