Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided lead database.
- Understand the student's educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, eligibility criteria, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and messages.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Counsel student and help them select suitable courses/programs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission/enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team for further processing.
- Build a positive relationship with students and maintain professional communication.
- Handle objections and resolve basic queries effectively.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status and conversions.
