Job Description

Role Overview:

We're hiring a skilled robotic welding operator to handle welding operations on structural fabrication and PEB components, ensuring consistent weld quality and production output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, program (or load pre-set programs), and operate robotic welding equipment
  • Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and adherence to specs
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Coordinate with fabrication team on job sequencing
  • Report machine faults or downtime promptly
  • Follow all safety protocols for welding operations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with robotic/automated welding systems
  • Understanding of welding parameters for MS structural components
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings
  • Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability
  • Steel/PEB fabrication background preferred
