Relationship Manager - Retail
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Find and onboard new retail clients through networking, referrals, and local promotional activities.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing retail customers.
- Cross-Selling & Sales Targets: Meet revenue and sales goals by offering tailored banking, investment, and loan products.
- Customer Service & Support: Resolve client queries, process requests, and handle service escalations quickly.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal credit, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and loan disbursements.
- Compliance & Records: Keep accurate client records in CRM systems and follow internal audit and regulatory standards.
