Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to new inquiries, digital campaign leads, or database lists, and respond to incoming customer calls.
- Project Pitching: Clearly explain apartment/villa configurations, price sheets, payment plans, and builder credentials.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the customer's budget, preferred location, purchase timeline, and loan requirements.
