Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Collection & Recovery Executive to handle write-off and overdue loan accounts. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, conducting field visits, negotiating repayment arrangements, and achieving assigned recovery targets while following company policies and applicable regulations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle assigned write-off, overdue, and delinquent loan accounts.
• Contact customers through telephone calls, messages, and field visits for outstanding payment recovery.
• Conduct regular field visits to customers' residential and business addresses.
• Understand the customer's financial situation and negotiate suitable repayment/settlement arrangements as per company guidelines.
• Follow up consistently on committed payment dates and ensure timely collections.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, commitments, payments, and recovery status.
• Identify customers who are willing and capable of making payments and prioritize accounts accordingly.
• Coordinate with the Collection Supervisor/Manager regarding difficult, high-value, or escalated accounts.
• Submit daily collection reports and field visit reports.
• Update customer information, contact details, and recovery status in the company's system/MIS.
• Follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) cases and ensure maximum conversion of commitments into actual payments.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate information regarding outstanding dues.
• Escalate cases involving disputes, incorrect information, fraud indicators, or legal concerns to the appropriate department.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Follow all company policies, collection procedures, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.
• Perform other collection and recovery-related duties assigned by management.
• Required SkillsMinimum 1 years of experience in collection and recovery, preferably in write-off/charged-off accounts.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, personal loans, business loans, credit cards, or similar recovery operations will be preferred.
