Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to visit customers, generate new business, and maintain relationships with existing customers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, collecting payments, and increasing the company's market presence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, schools, and corporate customers daily.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Take customer orders and ensure they are entered correctly.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Collect payments as per the approved credit terms.
• Coordinate with the office, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide quick support.
• Monitor competitor activities, prices, and new products in the market.
• Submit daily reports of visits, orders, collections, and market feedback.
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and company policies while meeting customers.
