Catering Operations Manager

Urgent Requirement -  Catering Manager 5 positions.

Responsibility -

Kitchen Liaison: Work closely with executive chefs and culinary teams to ensure timely meal delivery and adherence to quality specifications.

On-Site Supervision: Supervise food and beverage service pacing, plating standards, wine service, and guest interactions during live events.

Staffing: Train Staff , schedule, and lead permanent and casual on-ground service teams, captains, and servers.

Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels, order stock replenishments, track event expenses, and minimize waste to optimize profit margins.

Compliance: Enforce strict health, sanitation, safety, and hygiene regulations (such as HACCP or local food codes) across all workspaces.

• Team Management Skills.
• Ability to manage site .
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and standards, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Only from Hospitality Management industry will be considered.
