Job Description
**Job Description – Cashier**
**Working Hours:** 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM
**Working Days:** Monday to Sunday
**Paid Leaves:** 4paid leaves per month
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Handle cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Manage billing and generate invoices using a POS machine.
- Prepare and process credit notes for returns, refunds, and billing adjustments.
- Maintain daily cash records and billing reports.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain proper financial records.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
- Verify daily cash balances and report any discrepancies to the concerned manager.
- Maintain records of sales, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
**Requirements:**
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Knowledge of POS machines and billing operations.
- Basic understanding of credit notes, refunds, and billing adjustments.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Previous cashier experience will be preferred.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and daily transaction records.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing reports is an added advantage.
