Job Description
- Collect data from sales, production, HR, accounts, etc.
- Maintain accurate records in Google sheets.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports.
- Sales reports, target vs achievement.
- Expense reports.
- Attendance & payroll data reports.
- Identify trends and performance gaps.
- Prepare dashboards.
- Support management with insights.
- Work with different departments for data collection.
- Maintain Google Sheets
- Update FMS or IMS systems
- Ensure data confidentiality.
- Required SkillsAdvanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIFS)
- Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of ERP / CRM
- Data accuracy & attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Basic analytical ability
