Business Development Executive (JAMSHEDPUR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and business needs.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and other channels.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Pitch and sell high-ticket products/services to prospective clients.
• Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, and meeting records.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and professional personality.
• Strong convincing and client-handling skills.
• Proven ability to generate meetings and convert prospects into clients.
• Experience in high-ticket sales, B2B/B2C sales, or business development will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
