Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Immigration Telecaller to join our Immigration & Overseas Education team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and generating counselling appointments.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads and handle incoming enquiries.
• Understand clients’ requirements related to study abroad, immigration, work permits, and overseas opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on eligibility, interest, budget, and timeline.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule appointments with immigration/education counsellors.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Handle basic objections and customer queries professionally.
• Achieve assigned daily calling, appointment, and monthly conversion targets.
• Coordinate with counsellors and the sales team to improve lead conversion.

• Requirements
• 
  
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills; Punjabi is an advantage.
• Confident personality with good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and sales skills.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• 0–2 years of telecalling, telesales, education, or immigration experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a positive attitude can apply.
