Telecaller :Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
• Answer inbound inquiries regarding immigration, study visa, work visa, tourist visa, and PR services.
• Explain the company's immigration services and guide clients based on their requirements.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration counselors.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or database.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex cases to counselors.
• Keep records of calls, client feedback, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to ensure smooth client handling.
• Stay updated on immigration programs, visa requirements, and company services.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages (preferred).
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or immigration sales is an advantage.
