- Key Responsibilities – Jewellery Salesperson
- Welcome customers warmly and provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences, budgets to recommend suitable jewellery products
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
- Engage and attract walk-in customers by creating a friendly and professional environment.
- Use effective sales techniques to encourage purchases.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Assist customers with product selection, customization options.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of high-value jewellery.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Stay updated and active during customer visits.
