Sales Executive

Location: Jalandhar

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage sales-related calling activities while also supporting front-office operations. The primary responsibility will be making and handling sales calls, following up with potential customers, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and generate interest.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Follow up with leads through calls and maintain regular communication.
• Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Handle basic front-office responsibilities when required.
• Provide a professional and welcoming experience to visitors and callers.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales calling, telecalling, inbound sales, or outbound sales is preferred.
• Candidates with Front Office Executive experience with sales are also eligible.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to handle sales conversations and follow-ups effectively.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is comfortable with high-volume calling, customer interaction, follow-ups, and sales conversion, rather than someone focused only on front-office/reception duties
