Job Title: Quality Controller / Quality Manager (IQC/IPQC/OQC)
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab. INDIA

We seek a Quality Controller to ensure top-notch production standards while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to meet quality standards.
👉 Identify defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
👉 Enforce workflow standardization, SOPs, and quality control processes.
👉 Implement 5S methodology for workplace organization and efficiency.
👉 Train employees on quality best practices and defect prevention.
👉 Maintain quality records, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
👉 Diploma/Bachelor’s in Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
👉 Experience in quality control (preferred but not mandatory).
👉 Knowledge of 5S, RCA, and process optimization is a plus.
👉 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
