• 🔶 Roles & Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise loading, unloading, sorting, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain proper storage arrangements and ensure zero damage to materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records (inward/outward).
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification.
• Update inventory software or registers on time.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
• Team ManagementSupervise warehouse staff, helpers, and loaders.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene inside the warehouse.
• Documentation & ReportingPrepare daily MIS reports, stock reports, and dispatch/receipt records.
• Ensure all GRN, challans, bills, and gate passes are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with the accounts, logistics, purchase, and site departments.
• Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper stacking, and fire safety standards.
• Prevent theft, loss, or mishandling of materials.
• Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
• Communicate stock updates to management and other teams.
• Handle customer/supplier queries related to warehouse operations.
